In this role, you will engage with potential clients, educate them on various insurance products, and help them find the right coverage that fits their needs. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities : Conduct outbound calls and follow up on clients to Provide Better Service. Assess the insurance needs of clients and make tailored recommendations. Educate clients about policy features, benefits, and coverage options. Maintain and update client records in our database. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
