Who we need

The AVP, Strategic Initiatives is a technology-driven leader and AI-oriented digital innovator, serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). In this role, you will drive cross-functional initiatives, aligning strategic objectives across the enterprise to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence. We are looking for a bold, execution-focused digital strategist with expertise in digital process transformation, automation, and intelligent business process mapping. You will lead large-scale process innovation, enhance efficiency and scalability, and position the organization at the forefront of AI-driven / digital technological advancements. As a creative problem solver and strategic enterprise thinker, you will be responsible for identifying, planning, and executing high-priority projects. By collaborating with senior leadership, you will champion digital-first strategies, optimize workflows, and ensure disciplined oversight of strategic execution initiatives.

What you will do

Supports Strategic Execution

  • Define and implement strategic priorities in collaboration with the CAO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals;
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of high-impact projects to drive business transformation;
  • Monitor and analyze financial elements of strategic initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability;

Enables Operational Excellence

  • Oversee cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely and efficient delivery;
  • Develop and implement execution frameworks, performance dashboards, and KPIs to measure success;
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership, ensuring visibility and accountability for key initiatives;
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to align on strategic priorities;
  • Act as a liaison between the CAO's office and internal / external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration;
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams;
  • Financial Oversight & Tracking

  • Develop and manage the CAO office budget, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities;
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize budget allocations for maximum efficiency;
  • Analyze financial trends and risks, providing data-driven recommendations for decision-making.
  • What you will bring

  • The education : Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, engineering, or a related field. Certifications in process improvement (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) or digital transformation are a strong asset.
  • The experience : 15+ years of experience in process transformation, digital process mapping, and digital innovation, preferably within corporate and operational functions. Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation projects. Experience with AI-driven tools, automation, and process optimization strategies. Strong background in change management, with the ability to drive adoption of digital solutions.
  • The skills & competencies : Fast thinker with a highly flexible and adaptable approach to solving complex problems. Ability to execute the senior leadership's vision while taking ownership of initiatives with confidence. Strong expertise in digital process mapping, automation, and AI-driven decision-making. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and analytical mindset. Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and engaging senior stakeholders. Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, etc.) and digital transformation frameworks.
  • The drive : AI-oriented and tech-savvy, with a deep understanding of emerging digital trends. Proactive and self-motivated digital innovator who takes ownership of challenges. Ability to execute efficiently, ensuring seamless alignment between vision and implementation. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-changing environments. Passion for building digital solutions that drive efficiency and long-term business success.
