I am looking for a Tax Specialist - Canadian Corporate Tax to support the tax activities of one of my clients in the event and logistics sector, located in East Montreal.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport transfer pricing calculationsCollaborate in the preparation of income tax returns for group entitiesParticipate in tax provision calculations and respond to auditor requests during year-end closingContribute to the management of tax audits, both in Canada and internationallyMaintain tax accounts and perform periodic reconciliationsWork with HR and Payroll teams to ensure compliance with non-resident tax withholdingsPrepare and submit sales and use tax reportsSupport tax analyses related to various business transactionsParticipate in special projects (acquisitions, restructurings, digital transformation, etc.)Required Profile : University degree in Accounting or Taxation; CPA designation is an assetMinimum of 3 years of experience in taxationStrong knowledge of Canadian tax regulationsAbility to conduct complex tax research and interpret legislationAnalytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneouslyProficiency in both French and English, spoken and writtenComfortable using Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)Knowledge of Microsoft D365 and / or Power BI is an asset
