Job Description
We are currently seeking a Licensed Journeyman RV Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician who is passionate about RV maintenance and repair, and takes pride in delivering quality work and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities :
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, LP gas, appliances, and slide-outs
Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and safety checks on RV units
Install aftermarket upgrades and accessories
Accurately document work performed, parts used, and time spent on jobs
Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding repairs and recommendations
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements :
Must be a Licensed Journeyman RV Technician
Strong knowledge of RV systems and components
Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must have own tools and valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications :
RVIA / RVDA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
