We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
