Base Pay Range

$55,000.00 / yr - $65,000.00 / yr

About the Role :

We’re seeking a motivated and bilingual recruiter who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment . This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives under pressure, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.

As a Bilingual Recruiter , you’ll be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent across a variety of roles through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach . You’ll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a smooth hiring process from first contact to onboarding — all while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of open roles.
  • Conduct extensive cold calling and outbound outreach to identify and attract passive candidates.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates in both English and French across multiple job functions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to fill roles quickly in a fast-moving, high-demand environment.
  • Track activity and maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience while meeting ambitious hiring goals.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and online recruitment platforms.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting , talent acquisition, or staffing — preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Proven success conducting cold calls and proactive sourcing to engage passive candidates.
  • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and tight deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
