Job Description Blenz Central City is hiring 1 Full Time and Permanent Caf Manager. Job Duties : - Make sure every guest is greeted with a smile, thanked for their business and invited to return; Execute systems daily to ensure a clean, organized environment, prepared to provide excellent product and service; Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms Organize and maintain inventory Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance; Assist in providing Team Members with the appropriate training to provide outstanding quality, friendliness and cleanliness; Maintain high standardsof service throughout the operational day; Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude with crew while delegating tasks and giving instructions; Set challenging goals for self and crew during shift and ensure accountability; Utilize all management tools to keep accurate and current records providing the historical data to plan for increased sales and profit; Recruit staff and oversee staff training; Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures. Address customers' complaints or concerns Provide customer service and negotiate arrangement with suppliers for food and other supplies Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Wage : $25.00 / Hourly Positions Available : 1 Terms of employment : Full-Time, Permanent Language : English Skills requirements : Experience : At least 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required. Education : Completion of Secondary or its equivalent is required Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset.
