Basic Function :
Heliae is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager. This position manages sales and profit goals. Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies. Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region’s sales volume. Collects relevant competitors’ market information to increase sales volume and market share. May recommend products or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Also, responsible for developing marketing and customer policies, programs and systems to support strategic direction and aligning business plans with organizational objectives. Partners with leadership team to ensure the best possible service and effective communications to company customers.
Reports to : Canadian Sales Manager
Primary Responsibilities and Duties may include but are not limited to :
- Identify and develop product channels to achieve sales revenue goals.
- Cultivate relationships with key retails and producers for product sales.
- Works with Field Sales Agronomists to visit and engage with strategic demonstration farms to setup test plots and conditions for demonstrating product efficacy.
- Provide reliable estimates and forecasts of future sales for company projections. Solicit, evaluate, and advocate for customer product and feature requests to improve offerings and service.
- Manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Work directly with internal technical resources in the development of products, product testing, data translation and collateral materials in order to maximize alignment of product and sales goals.
