Our FYidoctors - LeSalle clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Practice Coach to fill an existing vacancy! This position is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering a patient-focused environment. You’ll empower staff, optimize clinic performance, and enhance the lives of patients in a dynamic, rewarding, and collaborative environment! Join a team passionate about eye care and making a meaningful difference! What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily clinic operations to deliver exceptional patient experiences and alignment with company strategy, goals, and values
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge
  • Collaborate with Regional Coach to strengthen leadership capabilities and achieve clinic objectives
  • Build and inspire motivated, high-performing teams aligned with organizational goals
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by providing clear direction and cultivating a shared vision
  • Motivate and influence team members by empowering them, creating enthusiasm, and gaining support to achieve clinic objectives
  • Foster open communication through active listening and promoting a transparent, trust-based culture
  • Drive practice development by improving procedures, implementing initiatives and optimize patient care and clinic performance
  • Champion company initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and implement best practices to strengthen and enhance the brand
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience and creating value for every patient
  • Educate patients on eyewear options tailored to their lifestyle, ensuring optimal value and quality
  • Guide patients in selecting eyewear that combines style with optimal vision
  • Perform eyewear repairs and adjustments to ensure proper fit and comfort
  • Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required
What You Bring
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of management or supervisory experience
  • Registered Optician in the province of Ontario
  • Previous experience in customer service and retail preferred
  • Understanding of operations, processes, and business performance
  • Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
  • Proven ability to inspire, coach, and mentor a team while driving organizational goals and delivering exceptional patient experiences
  • A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively
  • Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise is considered an asset
