What the day will look like
As an Analyst in our Client Information Management team you will be supporting client teams in the servicing of clients with respect to plan design, contract management and benchmarking. Working with senior team members you will be involved with a variety of client deliverables including but not limited to reporting, database maintenance and validation, and plan design summaries.
- Support and maintain data collection and accuracy in Aon’s proprietary client information platform;
- Review, audit and maintain client plan information;
- Compare and review plan summaries working with client teams
- Draft correspondence;
- Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively on cross functional teams with colleagues, client teams and carriers;
- Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve standardized processes to contribute to client deliverables;
- Develop a working knowledge of the firm’s structure, solution lines, key personnel and organizational policies and procedures and how this relates to increasing value to clients;
- Participate in team projects and activities which drive innovation, improved client value and

- Translate documents, if applicable
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion when working on sensitive / confidential material
