Job Description
TD Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to North American businesses. Our broad range of products and services allows us to meet the needs of our clients in every sector, providing customized solutions to build a strategy that’s right for them now, and in the future. Our quest is to deliver a first‑class business banking client experience and to be "The Better Business Bank" in North America.
As a Manager Cash Management (MCM), you are a resident product expert, identifying and exploiting opportunities to introduce cash management and deposit products to our commercial banking clients. You add value to existing customer relationships by providing a package of services that allows them to leverage the contribution of their deposit balances to the business’s bottom line while simplifying the accounting / management of cash flows and capital allocations across their organization.
You also serve as a point of entry for TD to offer deposit and credit services to businesses currently being serviced by our competitors. You will develop and execute a comprehensive cash management plan for the branch, conduct independent as well as joint business development presentations with commercial bankers, and structure business proposals that enable strategic and creative solutions for each customer’s unique cash management requirements. Once a package of products has been selected, you oversee the execution of the plan and the installation of product packages into the customer’s organization. You identify additional customer needs and communicate those to the credit relationship manager as appropriate. The position reports to the Unit Leader or a more senior Manager Cash Management in larger units. This role is accountable to deliver a superior customer experience and drive profitable business growth.
Job Requirements
Candidates will have either an undergraduate degree or related work experience. A strong background / experience working with computers, programs, and programming would be an asset.
You are a motivated achiever with proven analytical and interpersonal skills. You work well independently and in a team environment. You have a strong aptitude for sales and working with people, and a keen interest in technology.
