Description de posteEducation : Degree in Clinical Informatics, Health Information Science, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in BC. Strong experience working with BC Health Authorities. Proven experience in process analysis and understanding of healthcare system interactions. Expertise in FHIR, HL7, APIs, and pan-Canadian Standards. Familiarity with AWS and Azure platforms. In-depth knowledge of FHIR standards and implementation guides. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to gather technical requirements and analyze data. Proficiency in developing technical documentation, including data mapping. Experience working with operations teams and delivering training. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Tools & Equipment : Consultant is required to provide their own equipment for remote work (computer, mobile devices, etc.). Client will provide software and access for remote work. Location Requirement : Consultant must be located in Canada and work within the Pacific Time Zone.
We are seeking a full-time Business Process Consultant (BPC) to support the development of a connected healthcare system. The consultant will work closely with the project manager, product owner, and stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct data analysis, and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to gather technical requirements for FHIR-based solutions.
- Organize, document, and report on requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Analyze multi-layer data and produce mapping and analytical documentation.
- Work with the team to develop business cases, project documentation, and executive presentations.
- Ensure alignment between technical and operational teams.
- Conduct research and test use of technologies in the healthcare context.
