The Role
We’re building a team of experienced and motivated Business Development Managers who possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a keen desire to be part of building Neo’s mortgage product offering. As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and growing our mortgage referral relationships for our broker channel. This role will work collaboratively across teams to drive new business, maintain broker relationships and execute strategy plans in alignment with the business objectives.
