Job Overview
We are looking for a highly intelligent, resourceful, and tech-savvy Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment . This role requires a sharp business mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

They will support the Board of Directors and Program Manager , playing a critical role in operations, business development, and Board support.
This position demands a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise . Flexibility in work hours is required to accommodate business priorities and deadlines, including after-hours meetings when necessary.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and Program Manager.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management for various Executives.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.
- Keep track of tasks, deadlines, and project milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain financial records, track expenses, and assist with budget management.
- Transcribe meetings and keep accurate notes for reference and follow-ups.
- Support special projects which may include writing, editing, and formatting documents, building slide decks for both internal and external use.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support ongoing projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the Board of Directors and Program Manager in executing strategic initiatives and managing high-priority projects .
Manage complex schedules and meetings.
Utilize AI tools, project management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, etc.), and data visualization software to drive efficiency.
Improve business processes and provide operational recommendations.
