Job Description
We are seeking a Scheduling & Bookkeeping Administrator in Perth to manage job booking, staff coordination, billing, and office administration.
Responsibilities :
Handle A / R & A / P, cash sheets, deposits, and monthly statements
Process and maintain inventory of parts and service vehicles
Create and send invoices and billing
Answer phones, and provide customer service
Book Hydro and ESA inspections
Maintain office presentation and cleanliness
Requirements :
Accounting experience required, specifically in A / R
Payroll experience is an asset
Use Word & Excel
Experience with Sage 50 system is an asset but not required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Self-motivated, able to follow up and ask questions independently
Ability to identify inefficiencies and improve processes
