100K - $125K + BONUS + BENEFITS + VEHICLE ALLOWANCES
This is a work-from-home (WFH) role ideally from anywhere in Lower Mainland, Kamloops, and Kelowna regions. This position requires travel throughout BC in high activity areas of building construction.
Our client is well-placed in British Columbia for their energy-efficient and high-performing ICF & EPS Construction Materials for residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE to support and grow their distribution network and expand brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will have a construction background and some technical knowledge of structural, foundation, and insulation in the contractor and builder community. Sales or Project Management experience with a history of building and fostering long-term relationships is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage relationships with contractors and the builder community.
- Support existing distribution channels, prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
- Stay up to date on pricing, industry trends, and competitor practices.
- Maintain knowledge of local building codes and permit requirements.
- Educate customers on product offerings, usage, advantages, and applications.
- Maintain accurate sales call records, prospect lists, and customer interactions.
- Regularly call on accounts following a structured schedule.
- Develop and maintain relationships with building inspectors and regulatory officials.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Provide input on potential improvements to sales processes, policies, and company operations.
