Junior Technologist, Bio-Industrial Services R&D

InnoTech Alberta is seeking a Junior Technologist to join our Bio-Industrial R&D team in Vegreville, Alberta. The Junior Technologist will support more senior staff in the development, organization, monitoring of experiments and the maintenance of operations equipment predominately associated with biomass materials and operations.

Working under the direct supervision of scientists and senior technologists, the junior technologist will be responsible for a variety of duties focused on operating instruments and equipment associated with industrial scale fibre processing and material agglomeration in pellet mills and other related equipment. In all instances, installation, and maintenance of the equipment and data collection will be required. The successful incumbent will be accountable for (but not limited to) the following :
