America Fujikura Limited (AFL) is actively seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Lead – Business Analytics to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Management & Preparation :

  • Collect, extract, and integrate data from various sources.Ensure data accuracy by validating and cleansing raw data.Transform data into structured formats ready for analysis and reporting.Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Business Intelligence Development :

Design, develop, and maintain engaging Power BI dashboards and reports.Manage data flows to support reporting and analytics.Develop and maintain performance scorecards to monitor key organizational metrics.

Analysis & Reporting :

Analyze business and financial performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Conduct process analysis to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.Create ad-hoc reports to support critical decision-making at all levels.

Collaboration, Communication, & Leadership :

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment of analytics outputs with business objectives.Lead and mentor your team to foster a culture of learning, development, and excellence.Document business procedures and workflows, standardizing operations for efficiency.Prepare and deliver insightful presentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Experience :

    5+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.Proven expertise in developing Power BI dashboards and automating data processes.Solid experience in financial and business performance analysis.

    Technical Skills :

    Proficiency in Power BI, MS 365 tools, and SQL.Familiarity with data transformation tools like Power Query, Python, or R.Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.

    Soft Skills :

    Exceptional communication, presentation, and data storytelling capabilities.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Working Conditions :

  • Work Environment : Normal office setting, with hybrid work options available.
  • Hours : Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM), with flexibility to work additional hours when required.
