Are you an organized, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a remote work environment? Excel Personnel is expanding our Virtual Assistant division - and we’re looking to connect with talented individuals who want to provide top-tier support to businesses across Canada.

Whether you’re an experienced admin professional or a self-starter with a strong work ethic and customer service mindset, we want to hear from you!

What You Might Support With :

  • Email and calendar management
  • Customer service and inbox support
  • Data entry and spreadsheet organization
  • Social media scheduling and engagement
  • CRM maintenance and light project coordination
  • Travel planning, appointment booking, and other administrative tasks

We work with a variety of clients including small businesses, non-profits, and growing companies who need reliable virtual support on a part-time, flexible, or project basis.

Who We’re Looking For :

  • Experience in administration, coordination, or executive support
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Tech-comfortable : familiar with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, or similar tools
  • Self-directed with a high level of professionalism
  • Located in Canada with a stable internet connection and home office setup

    • Bonus if you’ve worked remotely before or have experience in customer service, social media, or bookkeeping!
