We are actively seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join our banking client's team for a 12-month contract. This is a hybrid role which requires the talent onsite at our client's office in Toronto 2 days per week.

Reporting to the Practice Chapter Lead of Optimizations & Personalization, the Senior Optimization Analyst (Marketing Data Analyst) will play a key role in understanding online customer behavior, identifying digital needs and goals, and measuring customer success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and executing optimization initiatives across public websites and conversion funnels. This includes A / B testing (Standard & Premium), multivariate testing, segmentation, and targeted testing programs. The Senior Optimization Analyst will ensure these initiatives deliver measurable value and enhance the client experience across all digital touchpoints, including public sites, conversion funnels, self-service platforms, and mobile properties.
