Technical Support Specialist Körber Supply Chain

Are you ready to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where youll tackle technical challenges and support cutting-edge supply chain solutions? If youre passionate about troubleshooting, mentoring, and enhancing operational efficiency, this opportunity is for you!

What Youll Do

  • Troubleshoot & Support : Resolve issues with Körber K.Motion products, Windows OS, SQL Server, SSRS reports, and 3rd-party software.
  • Collaborate : Work closely with customer IT teams, project leaders, developers, and vendors to address support issues effectively.
  • Mentor & Train : Develop WMS Super Users and train operations teams on warehouse best practices with WMS.
  • Data-Driven Escalation : Quantify and document issues for escalation to ERP vendors when necessary.

What You Bring

  • Core Skills :

    • Exceptional customer service and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical Expertise :

    • Experience with MS SQL databases, Oracle PL / SQL, and IIS.

  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization environments.
  • Familiarity with HTML / XML / JSON / OData, and networking (TCPIP, HTTPS, SMTP, DNS).
  • WMS expertise, with bonus points for Bartender / Loftware and SSRS reporting experience.
  • Experience :

    • 1-3 years of technical customer support.

  • Supply chain management knowledge is a plus.
  • Education : BS / BA in Computer Science or equivalent.
