As a CDA you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive highquality dental care while contributing to a positive and efficient clinic atmosphere. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values both teamwork and patient interaction.

This noncorporate patientfocused dental clinic is looking for an experienced enthusiastic and skilled Certified Dental Assistant (CDA). If you have a passion for providing excellent patient care in a supportive and dynamic environment please apply!

Key Responsibilities :

Engage with patients to effectively address their concerns explain treatment options and discuss procedures in a clear and compassionate manner.

Take accurate digital Xrays ensuring proper positioning and highquality results for diagnosis and treatment planning.

Itero Scannnings.

Explain consent forms to patients before procedures ensuring they are fully informed and comfortable with their treatment options.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adhere to strict sterilization protocols to ensure the safety of both patients and staff.

Write detailed and accurate dental notes and patient charts to ensure proper records are kept and easily accessible.

Work effectively with the dental team ensuring smooth patient flow and communicating clearly with all staff members to provide the best patient care.

Crown and Bridge Making.

Perform dental polishing and fluoride treatments to enhance patient care and oral health.

Provide a calm and comforting presence for patients with dental anxiety and ensure children feel comfortable and safe during their visit.

Assist with implant surgeries sinus lifts bone grafts and other oral surgical procedures providing both technical support and patient care.

Assist with Invisalign treatments and sedation procedures to ensure patients are properly prepped informed and comfortable throughout their treatment.

Support and mentor junior dental assistants helping them grow and develop their skills while maintaining an organized and efficient clinic.

Schedule Options : Option 1 :

Monday : 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

  • Wednesday : 12 : 00 PM 8 : 00 PM
  • Thursday : 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
  • Friday : 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
  • Occasional Saturday or Tuesday shifts if needed.

Option 2 :

Wednesday : 12 : 00 PM 8 : 00 PM

  • Thursday : 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
  • Friday : 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
  • Saturday : 9 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM

    • Compensation / Benefits :

  • 3135 / hr (based on level of experience)
  • Dental coverage for you and your immediate family (lab costs are your responsibility)
  • Extended Health Benefits : $500 for the first year increasing by $100 each subsequent year
  • Scrubs Allowance $200 per year
  • Paid Professional Development Courses (PDC) plus one night hotel stay downtown
  • Performancebased Bonuses available

  • Retention Bonus : $500 after completing 6 months postprobation

    • Required Skills / Experience :

  • 5 years of experience as a Certified Dental Assistant
  • Prosthodontics and Orthodontics modules are an asset
  • Proven ability to assist with surgical procedures implants and more
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work with diverse patients
  • Highly organized with the ability to mentor others
  • Comfortable with technology and Cleardent software
