Koinonia schools in Red Deer is searching for an experienced, faith-based person to work as part of a senior leadership team in the role of Office Manager. The office manager coordinates communication, projects, events and office processes necessary to ensure efficient and effective operation of our schools. A strong Christian character is necessary to fulfill these responsibilities as they are part of the ministry and mission of the school authority. Responsibilities include : Managing systems for data entry and communication with members of the school community Coordinate priorities for the office in consultation with the senior leadership team. Anticipate and troubleshoot challenges and meet performance targets in a variable office environment. Coordinate and supervise employee schedules in collaboration with senior leadership. Train and mentor office staff in data entry systems. Coordinate project communication and tasks for events, records management and school-based initiatives.
