About Dentist Finder

Dentist Finder is a rapidly growing platform that helps patients find their ideal dentist based on their needs and preferences. We partner with dental clinics across Canada to connect them with new patients actively searching for dental care. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our network of dental clinic partners.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and persuasive sales professional to engage dental clinics across Canada and bring them onto the Dentist Finder platform. This role is focused on outbound outreach via phone and email to connect with dental clinic decision-makers, pitch the value of our platform, and sign up clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and email outreach to dental clinics across Canada.
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers (clinic owners, office managers, etc.).
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of Dentist Finder and how it benefits clinics.
  • Overcome objections, build relationships, and close deals efficiently.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to track outreach, conversations, and deal progress.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners.

Requirements

  • A self-starter with a proven track record in sales, preferably in B2B, healthcare, or SaaS sales.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections with confidence.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by closing deals and hitting revenue targets.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM tools (we use GoHighLevel).
  • Experience in the dental industry or working with healthcare providers is a plus but not required.
