Description de posteIdentify performance problems while using the diagnostic equipment and advising the customers and customer-facing associates on the work performed, general vehicle condition, and future suggested maintenance schedules and repair requirements. Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, fluid level checks, tire rotations, lubrications, and tune ups. Ensure a safe workplace by adhering to all “work safe” protocols to ensure the safety of yourself and your coworkers. Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner. Maintain mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis. Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and, on the road, site or field! You will find success here if you thrive in a team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewarded. In this role you can expect to be frequently lifting weights of approximately 25KG – this ability is required. Up for a challenge? At times the work can be unpredictable, physical, wet, cold and even windy. This role will have you crouching, standing, or kneeling on a regular basis. To be considered for this role we need you to be at least a 3rd or 4th year Apprentice or Licensed Automotive Service Technician, preference will be given to those with a Red Seal designation. We need you to have a valid driver’s license permitting the independent operation of a passenger vehicle. You must be able to provide a satisfactory drivers abstract, ensuring you are safe on the road.
