Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Automotive General Manager to lead our dealership to new levels of success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealership operations, sales, service, and finance, with a passion for customer satisfaction and team development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all dealership departments, including Sales, Finance, Fixed Operations (Service & Parts), and Customer Relations.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and motivate department managers and staff to foster a high-performing team.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and dealership policies.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Drive marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and increase sales.
- Create a positive work environment that encourages growth, accountability, and teamwork.
