For guests seeking rejuvenation inspiration and personalized attention Fairmont Banff Springs offers a wide selection of luxurious Spa experiences. Your care and professionalism as a Spa Therapist shows our guests that they are unique and valued and you will take pride in knowing that your competencies help them feel their very best.

Compensation can reflect $70 per hour while massage services are being performed.

We have both Full-Time & contract up to 1 year available for this position.

Job Duties Include :

Reporting to the Massage Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :

  • Consistently offers professional engaging and friendly service
  • Perform alland 120 minute massage and body treatments as certified / trained to do.
  • Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to needs and expectations.
  • Maintain clean and neat work environment at all times ensuring all equipment in safe working order.
  • Maintain an ample supply of massage oils towels sheets and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the massage work area
  • Maintain current professional licenses CPR First Aid.
  • Participate in in-house training opportunities in our professional product lines and extend homecare including retail suggestions to our clientele

Qualifications :

Your Skills & Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a Spa preferred
  • Certificate from accredited school of Body Work
  • Proven experience with facials nail services massage and body treatments.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Constant standing / walking throughout shift and must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs

    • Additional Information :

    Visa Requirements : Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
