Le directeur de la surveillance des agents d’assurance - WFG Québec est responsable de la supervision, de la mise en œuvre et de la surveillance des activités de vente et de recrutement de la World Financial Group Insurance Agency of Canada Inc. (« WFGIAC ») dans la province de Québec. Il dirige une équipe d’analystes chargés de la revue des activités d’assurance et veille à ce que les agents de la WFGIA respectent les politiques et procédures de la WFGIAC ainsi que la loi concernant la distribution de produits et services financiers, L.R.Q., c. D-9.2 (la « LADPSF »).
Responsabilités :
- Établir et mettre en place un cadre de contrôle de la supervision conçu pour superviser efficacement les activités de recrutement et de vente des agents de la WFGIAC au Québec. Travailler en partenariat avec les principaux responsables commerciaux, le service juridique et la conformité pour maintenir une structure de contrôle efficace et proposer des moyens d’atténuer les risques.
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du programme de supervision, y compris les processus et procédures, la formation des superviseurs, les calendriers et rotations d’audit des succursales, le suivi et les rapports, dans le but de détecter et d’atténuer les risques de l’entreprise et de la réglementation.
- Gérer le processus d’examen de la pertinence pour garantir que les ventes d’assurance sont conformes aux besoins du client.
- Favoriser une culture de conformité en sensibilisant les responsables de terrain et les agents aux exigences réglementaires. Influencer et susciter des discussions sur les sujets de conformité avec les responsables de terrain et les agents.
- Encadrer les analystes chargés de la revue des activités d’assurance lors de discussions correctives et de formations de supervision pour les agents, afin qu’ils respectent les politiques, procédures et exigences réglementaires.
- Superviser la gestion des examens périodiques des dossiers clients pour vérifier la conformité aux politiques de la WFGIAC.
- Assurer un suivi et imposer des mesures correctives, telles que la surveillance renforcée des agents, en cas de lacunes identifiées lors des inspections de bureau, des activités de surveillance et des examens de dossiers clients.
- Signaler en temps opportun et de manière appropriée au président de la WFG Canada et au responsable de la conformité les activités de vente des agents qui ne sont pas conformes aux politiques de la WFGIAC et aux réglementations québécoises.
- Coordonner la planification / rotation et superviser les activités des analystes chargés de la revue des activités lors des audits de succursales pour garantir le respect des exigences commerciales et réglementaires par les agents.
- Veiller à ce que les plaintes des clients du Québec soient enregistrées, examinées et traitées en temps opportun.
- Travailler en partenariat avec la conformité et le service juridique pour fournir des orientations et des conseils dans l’établissement de politiques et procédures de supervision. Se préparer et assister aux audits réglementaires internes et externes, aux examens et à d’autres initiatives de tests de conformité.
- Dispenser une formation périodique aux agents sur la vente axée sur les besoins, les politiques et procédures de la WFGIAC et / ou d’autres sujets.
- Diriger et orienter l’équipe chargée de la revue des activités d’assurance, en veillant à ce que les membres de l’équipe disposent de la formation et des outils nécessaires pour accomplir leurs tâches. Diriger l’équipe avec excellence opérationnelle et responsabilité. Recruter, diriger, former, développer, encadrer et récompenser les employés.
Qualifications :
The Director of Agent Insurance Supervision – WFG Quebec is responsible for the supervision, implementation, and oversight of the sales and recruiting activities of the World Financial Group Insurance Agency of Canada Inc. (“WFGIAC”) within the province of Quebec. Lead a team of insurance business review analysts and ensure WFGIA agents comply with WFGIAC policies and procedures and the Act, respecting the distribution of financial products and services, CQLR, c. D-9.2 (the "ADFPS").
Responsibilities
Establish and implement a supervisory control framework designed to effectively supervise the recruiting and sales activities of WFGIAC’s Quebec agents. Partner proactively with key business leaders, Legal and Compliance to maintain an effective control structure and suggest ways to mitigate risks.
Qualifications
Ten years insurance and compliance / supervision experience, including senior level management responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
University degree in a business field
