Our client is seeking an Institute Ambassador to represent a leadership development institute in Calgary. This contract role focuses on delivering a polished, welcoming, and high-performance experience for executive-level guests. As the face of the program, you'll ensure everything runs seamlessly from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent the Institute’s culture of excellence in all interactions.
Personally greet and support guests, providing a warm, high-touch experience.
Help run leadership programs, working with teams like Facilities, IT, and Catering.
Ensure the HPI space is clean, stocked, and visually top-tier.
Create playbooks, manage checklists, and improve behind-the-scenes processes.
Ad-hoc duties as requested.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in executive support, event coordination, or similar roles is a strong asset.

Professional, polished, and confident communicator.

Warm and attentive—loves creating exceptional experiences.

Detail-focused, organized, and calm under pressure.

Flexible and solutions-oriented in a fast-moving environment.

Available to start immediately.
