POSITION PURPOSE AND EXPECTATION : The District Manager Position is responsible for the achievement of Sales Growth on Last Year by providing outstanding Customer experience in all stores through : Effective Store visits. Evaluate the performance of the Store Manager, utilising the reports available and set clear objectives to achieve Lovisa directives and benchmarks.Ensure communication, through morning calls, written action plans, LOLA notices and one-on-one meetings is clear and consistent, with an aim to coach and develop your Team.Recruit passionate and Customer focused Team to develop and succession plan through Lovisa.Reduce unnecessary costs, through effective rostering - the right people at the right time.Focus on reducing internal and external shrinkage by ensuring Store Managers and Team follow the Lovisa Security Manual and Loss Prevention best practise.Flexibility and desire to travel interstate and / or Internationally based on the needs of the businessSkills, knowledge and personal qualities required : Personable, approachable and a great coach. Be there for your Team.Time management.
