What you’ll do :
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
- Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels
- Collaborate with the team leader to oversee the general operation of the food franchises, following manuals and guidelines set out, while maintaining quality and standards in both food and guest services
- Lead a culture of safety – train, monitor, and reinforce Food Safety procedures based on company and Food Safety regulations, taking corrective actions as needed
- Assist with planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations including ordering, receiving, inventory control, and costing
- Possess a complete understanding of the point of sale and record keeping systems, and complete end of shift, end of day, and end of period processes
- Address guest complaints and concerns promptly
- Assist with ensuring that the restaurant is meticulously organized and staffed including recruiting, supervising, coaching, training, mentoring and managing the performance of the team
- Ensure compliance with company operating policies, procedures, and guidelines including asset protection, safety, food safety, and environmental due diligence
- Perform minor repairs to assets, as required
- Complete other duties as required

Who you’ll work with : Reporting to the TJ’s / Chesters Team Leader, you will be a key participant in initiating, developing, and executing plans and policies to ensure continued growth in sales, service, and customer satisfaction. You will help lead a fun and enthusiastic team to cultivate a culture of collaboration.
