Job Title : Assembler

Job Description

Assemble and prepare electrical panels and circuit boards according to related documentation. Package electronic products, conduct final assembly, and / or pack and ship as required. Properly fill out production documentation, perform mechanical assembly using basic hand tools, conduct push-button testing, and PCB masking and depanelization as needed. Communicate with Team Leaders on parts shortages and problems, rotate to different workstations and cells as needed, participate in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills set requirements are updated regularly, and take part in team-level quality improvement initiatives.

Once permanent, you will be eligible for quarterly manufacturing bonuses, with average technicians earning $400-$600 per quarter. You will also have two benefits plan options : 80% medical and dental coverage paid by the company, or 100% medical and dental coverage with partial employee contribution.

Work Environment

The work environment is an OEM manufacturing setting for clients, featuring a clean room environment, X-ray and testing machines, tables for soldering and assembling, bright floors, and tall ceilings.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Mississauga, Ontario.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr.
