Senior Art Director Role :

As an Art Director for one of the largest automotive companies in the world, you'll work hands-on with copywriters, account managers, creative directors, and strategists to create compelling materials. You're a fast and flexible go-getter who thrives on new opportunities and collaboration. You maintain exceptionally high standards in design and art direction, creating impactful results through your hands-on work. You excel at crafting visually engaging, strategically-informed, and pixel-perfect designs across the account. You bring a progressive creative instinct and positivity, working effectively in teams with a low-ego approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute creative work from concept ideation to production, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and innovative deliverables.
• Create major deliverables that uphold the highest standards of creative excellence and align with client objectives.
• Present work during internal and client reviews, effectively communicating creative vision and elevating brand expression.
• Take a hands-on approach in design execution, working directly on projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Execute the conceptual and aesthetic direction of campaigns, asset creation, experiential activations, and design projects.
• Excel in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality and professionalism.
• Create engaging content across multiple formats, including videos, static posts, and animations.
• Contribute positively to Monks' culture, its people, and its clients.

What We Offer

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

Salary Range : $70,000—$76,000 CAD
