MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Field Operations Manager for our client, the construction arm of a developer that specializes in wood frame projects. The operations manager will work out of the parent company's office in Surrey but will contribute to projects all across the Lower Mainland .

Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of roofers, foremen, and other field personnel, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and equipped for the job.
Assign tasks to workers based on their skills and the project's needs.
Ensure the efficient use of materials, tools, and equipment required for roofing projects.
Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials are available when needed.
Requirements
Leadership experience, ideally superintendent or assistant superintendent
Must have worked on at least one flat-top roof with a waterproof membrane
Journeyman trade certification or equivalent experience required
