JOB DESCRIPTION

Capable of successfully Integrating Multiple SAP & Non-SAP Systems with SAP Sales & Service Cloud.

Understanding of Systems like CPI, PI / PO, SOAP UI, ODATA web services, Cloud Application Studio, ECC & CRM Systems, SAP JAM etc.

10+ years of experience in technical roles and should have done at least 5+ SAP Sales & Service cloud implementations.

Preferred experience with SAP C4C with Utilities & SAP I-SU

10+ years of Experience in designing and Blue Printing mainly in the area of ABSL, BODL, UI Script, MDRO, Embedded Component, Custom Print Forms, Custom Business Object along with Extension, SDK Fields, Mashup, Web Service, Custom Screens, XML File Input, UI designer in Cloud Applications Studio (SDK) to develop and deploy complex solutions.

Understanding of Multiple Tier Architecture of SAP Sales & Service Cloud Solutions.

Understanding the core of Business Analytics of SAP Sales & Service Cloud Solutions.

Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, CSV, PPT.

Superior problem-solving skills, creative thinking, critical thinking, and strong communication skills verbal and written

Superior relationship building and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in leading & supervising application development teams and leading effective scrum meetings, release planning & management and sprint planning."
