We’re looking for a (Part-time) Sales Associate for our The Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward.
As a (Part-time) Sales Associate , you will report to the Store Manager and assist in fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on service standards to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales and web orders, as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate, and execute operational excellence will be key to your success.
Key job accountabilities include but are not limited to :
- Maximize store results by creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge and awareness of industry trends.
- Provide a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity to foster positive customer connections and loyalty.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
- Maintain effective communication with the Store Manager.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned.
