About Our Family

We are a thoughtful, engaged family seeking a long-term nanny / household assistant who takes

pride in creating a calm, organized, and nurturing home environment. We have an 18½-month-old

daughter and little boy joining us in July. We value connection-based caregiving, daily outdoor time, and a whole foods lifestyle with a balanced 80 / 20 approach. We also have large dogs and value an active, outdoor routine.

The Role

Childcare

  • Engaged, attentive care focused on development and connection
  • Support routines, outdoor time, and emotional regulation

Household Support

  • Laundry including stain care and organization
  • Cleaning / organizing and maintaining home

Pet Care

  • Daily walking of Louie and Marty (golden retrievers)
  • Pet sitting / house sitting

Ideal Candidate

  • Warm, patient, emotionally grounded
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented
  • Active and comfortable with large dogs
  • Interested in a long-term role
