Our public sector client requires a Int Front-End Developer to develop applications on both on-premise and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using Java, JavaScript, and modern front-end technologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX designers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable application solutions.
  • Participate in application design, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and implementation of secure coding best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with Government of Canada security standards, including ITSG-33 and privacy requirements, while assisting with security monitoring and incident resolution.
  • Prepare technical documentation, provide knowledge transfer to operational teams, and support application deployments and post-implementation improvements.

Must-Have Skills

  • Experience developing enterprise web applications using Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and RESTful APIs and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices, application performance optimization, and Agile software development methodologies.
