About You

As the Marketing Manager, you will drive brand awareness, engage audiences, and support our mission of delivering innovative, space-saving furniture solutions. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll oversee our online presence, collaborate with creative talent, and manage marketing initiatives from strategy to execution. We're seeking an individual who can contribute to shaping our brand and has the potential for future leadership opportunities within the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies : Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at increasing traffic and conversions. Leverage data-driven insights to maximize brand visibility and growth potential in the U.S. market.
• Oversee Digital Campaigns and Content Creation : Lead digital marketing efforts across Google, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring cohesive messaging and high-impact content that resonates with our target audience.
• Manage E-Commerce and SEO Efforts : Drive e-commerce strategy, overseeing updates to our website in collaboration with third-party partners, ensuring a seamless and optimized customer journey.
• Collaborate with Product and Design Teams : Align marketing initiatives with product management to deliver relevant and visually appealing content, coordinating with teams on product launches, promotions, and market positioning.
• Build and Lead a Growing Team : Oversee the Social Media Director, Photo / Video Director, and Photo / Video Editor, nurturing a collaborative environment with an open-door policy.
