Job Description

Title : Procurement Analyst, CTCHO Analyst

Description : We have a Contractor opportunity available as an SCM Upstream Analyst to provide day to day procurement support during planned turnarounds at our oilsands assets.

Responsible to complete the daily inventory run to purchase requisitions for re-stock and work order requirements.
Responsible to source materials for inventory, maintenance and operations utilizing the RFQ process in SAP
Review and process quotes received from suppliers, including price, delivery, Inco terms, material verification.
Support the "hot seat" procurement though co-management of a shared procurement email inbox.
Work with planners and other site personnel to gather additional information about requests, as required
Expedite orders needed in a more timely fashion or that are past due.
Accountable to company visions, values, and business strategies
Accountable for adherence to the SCM policies
SAP experience is desired, and preferred

Rotational role that supports Christina Lake, Foster Creek and Sunrises.
