Position Overview
Quinn AI is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with expertise in B2B Revenue Operations (RevOps), sales analytics, and forecasting to help our customers maximize the value of their revenue data using the Quinn AI platform .
This is a customer-facing role where you’ll work directly with revenue leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), improve revenue forecasting, and support data-driven decision-making using Quinn AI . You’ll also collaborate with Quinn’s product and engineering teams , representing the voice of the customer to shape new features, forecasting capabilities, and revenue intelligence insights.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer-Facing Revenue Analytics & Insights
- Guide customers in defining and tracking the right KPIs for revenue performance, sales efficiency, and pipeline health within Quinn AI.
- Analyze customer revenue data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sales pipeline, bookings, churn, and retention.
- Improve forecasting accuracy by helping customers refine their revenue models and interpret Quinn AI’s predictive insights.
- Support the execution of Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by providing customers with best-practice KPI tracking and performance analysis.
- Provide benchmarking insights, helping customers compare their revenue performance against industry peers.
