The Senior HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various human resources functions including operations recruitment employee relations and compliance. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruitment and Onboarding :  Support the recruitment process in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team including job postings and onboarding of new employees.
• Employee Relations :  Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns providing guidance and support to resolve issues effectively.
• Team Lead Support : Work closely with team leads and provide guidance on team issue and performance management.
• HR Metrics and Reporting :  Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
• Compensation :  Assist in the administration of compensation including salary reviews. Prepare and analyze spreadsheets in support of compensation decisions.
• HR Projects :  Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals and improve HR processes.
