Job Title : Registered Care Aide

Position Summary : The and nbsp; Registered Care Aide and nbsp;provides frontline nursing care and support to residents as part of an interdisciplinary team. Under the guidance of the Care Manager or designated team leader the HCA aims to deliver excellence in care and exemplifies a culture of safety for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities Resident Care :

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing dressing personal hygiene).
• Provide safe care in collaboration with team members (e.g. twoperson transfers responsive behaviors).
• Support residents during meals including serving clearing and feeding assistance.
• Respond to call bells monitor health changes and report / document as needed.
