Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound calls professionally and efficiently
Process customer donations accurately
Assist individuals affected by wildfires, helping them submit aid applications
Show empathy and provide exceptional customer service
Perform data entry and update caller profiles with precision
Address customer inquiries and concerns with patience and care
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience—You know how to keep customers happy!
Excellent communication skills—You can connect with anyone, anytime.
Tech-savvy—Comfortable navigating digital tools and platforms.
Fast typing skills—You can keep up with the conversation effortlessly.
