Position : Leasing Agent (Full Time, Permanent) Location : Lower Mainland, BC Start Date : ASAP About Us Tribe Management is part of the Tribe Property Technologies family. We are responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of residential & mixed-use properties in our portfolio. We are searching for a dynamic individual to become the next Leasing Agent of a luxury rental building at the downtown of New Westminster. The individual shall be responsible for leasing of the rental units. Responsibilities Advertise vacant units on effective platforms and sources Produce updated photos and video segments of vacant units Respond to incoming leads and identify their needs Book viewings of suites, tour the property and interview prospective tenants Accurately complete necessary documentation for processing Process rental applications Comply with regulations as contained in the Residential Tenancy Act Other duties as may be required from time to time Qualifications Demonstrated ability for closing at a high ratio Strong understanding of the sales cycle Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act would be considered an asset Motivated and professional with a service-oriented mindset Excellent communicator; both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills Organized and detail oriented Reliable and results-oriented If you have sales and service experience in either the hospitality or real estate industry or if you are a customer service ace, we want to hear from you.
