Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote / hybrid role for an Executive Vice President of our Aerospace Operations in Canada, USA and Asia. The successful candidate will play a key role in aiding the company’s growth, leading our teams to implement new and innovative strategies, .managing P&L, ensuring customer service excellence, developing strategic plans, and managing projects to drive operational efficiency and excellence.The position will report directly to the President & CEO. • Drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions.
• Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry advancements and develop initiatives to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Oversee all aspects of operational management including budgeting, resource allocation and performance.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices to optimize efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing the aerospace industry.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Build relationships and alliances with clients.
• Provide training and mentorship as needed.Qualifications
• Operations Management and Project Management skills
• P&L Management and Strategic Planning skills
• Strong background in Customer Service
• Experience in the aerospace or defense industry
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience with AS9100D certification is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or other related field.
• Proven track record in senior leadership roles.
• Minimum of 10 years experience leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
