Job Summary :

The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and selling our recruiting services. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who excels in customer success, operational excellence, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development :

  • Cold calling prospective customers to book introduction meetings, qualify accounts, and generate opportunities.
  • Warm calling past customers to generate repeat business.
  • Achieve quarterly sales quotas through effective account management and sales strategies.

Customer Relationship Management :

  • Manage and strengthen customer relationships by understanding their long-term needs.
  • Deliver exceptional service by adhering to the Peak Process and ensuring all projects are delivered according to defined best practices.
  • Talent Assessment & Customer Success :

  • Serve as an expert in assessing talent and understanding customers’ needs to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with customers to deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Operational Excellence :

  • Generate predictable forecasts to aid in business planning and resource allocation.
  • Ensure the CRM is enriched with proper updates and accurate notes.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork :

  • Work cross-functionally with recruiters and other team members to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Actively contribute to improving internal processes to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Qualifications :

  • 2-3+ years of in a sales, account management or customer success role, ideally selling services.
  • Proven experience in an inside sales role making 250+ cold calls per week.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM, data and task management. Salesforce experience is a plus.
