Admin / Deals clerk – part-time/full-time - $21 to $24 depending on experience.

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Controller the Deal Clerk is an administrative professional responsible for finalizing, and posting vehicle sales paperwork into the accounting system.

Responsibilities

  • Monthly posting of vehicle deals for new and used
  • Responsible for month-end duties, including journal entries, reconcile accounts
  • Prepare cheques, EFT payments
  • Reconcile vehicle-related transactions, calculate commission
  • Other duties as may be assigned which fall within the nature of the role

Requirements

  • Dealership admin experience is an asset
  • Proficient with MS Excel
  • Detail Oriented
  • Effective communication, both oral and written
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with others
  • A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude

Work Conditions

  • Office environment
  • Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds
  • Business casual dress is required
