The Company is seeking a Dean for the institution's Faculty of Science. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for the overall management and development of the Faculty, which includes a significant number of students, faculty, and staff across various scientific disciplines. The Dean will be expected to provide a vision that aligns with the Faculty's goals, foster a collaborative and inclusive academic environment, and serve as an ambassador for the Faculty both within the institution and externally. The role demands a leader with a strong background in science, a commitment to research and teaching excellence, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with other academic units and the local community.

Applicants for the Dean position must have an exemplary record as an educator and researcher, with the eligibility to be appointed as a Full Professor at the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and the capacity to enhance the Faculty's reputation and impact. Responsibilities include overseeing the Faculty's academic programs, research initiatives, and administrative functions, as well as ensuring the Faculty's strategic goals are met.
