Overview :
Our confidential client, a dynamic and fast-paced professional, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. This part-time role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work predominantly remotely, with occasional in-person meetings within the Lower Mainland.
Responsibilities :
Manage and prioritize the executive's email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments to optimize the executive's time.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure action items are tracked and completed.
Assist in project coordination by monitoring progress and providing regular updates.
Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries as needed.
Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making processes.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the executive's daily operations.
Requirements
Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Based in the Lower Mainland, BC, with the capability to attend occasional in-person meetings.
Compensation :
Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
